Speedy Home Services Inc. ("Speedy", "we", "us") respects your privacy. We only collect what we need to schedule and deliver service:
- Contact & booking details you give us — name, phone number, email address, service address, the service requested, your preferred date and arrival window, and any notes you add.
- Communications — records of calls, emails, and messages between you and our team.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g., browser type, pages visited) that most websites record.
- Analytics data — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies and is described in the "Analytics & cookies" section below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your booking or inquiry and schedule a technician.
- To provide quotes, perform work, process payment, and honour warranties.
- To contact you about your appointment, follow up after service, or address a concern.
- To meet legal, licensing, and insurance obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (for example, the form/email provider that delivers your booking request to us, or a financing partner you ask us to involve), and only as needed to provide the service you requested or as required by law.
Form submissions
When you submit the online booking form, the details are delivered to our team by email through a third-party form service. That provider processes the submission solely to relay it to us and does not use it for its own marketing.
Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics (provided by Google) to measure website traffic and improve the site. It uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your approximate region, device and browser type, and interactions like phone-number taps and booking submissions. We have enabled IP anonymization. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide service, honour warranties, and meet legal and accounting requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
